Series Summery;- Shortland Street, a five-night-a-week soap set in an Auckland City hospital, follows the complicated personal and professional lives of its staff, family and friends.

Relationship Summery;- Maia has given up on love, but her mother and sister wont let her be and take it upon themselves to play cupid. When Maia sees Nicole across the bar, some feelings she thought lost are reborn, but she resides that it was a one off encounter. That is until Nicole applies for a position at Auckland hospital where Maia works.
